We believe that it is extremely important for the customer to have a complete demonstration of the product that they are considering buying.
Obviously we give as much information as possible to the customer whilst trying the product in the showroom. When deciding which mobility product is best for you, it is nearly always essential that the product is tried in the home environment .
All too often we hear stories from dissatisfied customers where scooters have not been demonstrated properly e.g. A Scooter is purchased straight from the showroom only to get home and realise that it will not get through the gate!
This is the reason why we are more than happy to bring along a selection of scooters to your own home. In that way the customer and ourselves will have a peace of mind knowing that the mobility product is 100% suitable for the purpose it was purchased for.
We do not charge the customer for this service, we feel it is an essential part in choosing the right scooter for you!
